BOONS Marketplace runs a unique Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) Model, which caters for the needs of all the stakeholders. BOONS – ‘B2B2C Model’ creates an ecosystem that helps all the stakeholders to reach their business goals. BOONS Model was invented to disrupt the e-commerce ecosystem; a platform that accommodates transactions between manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and consumers simultaneously on the same platform, at the same time.

There are different distribution cycles nowadays, the major ones being B2B and B2C. BOONS undertakes a conscious endeavor to combine the 2 – so that to ensure the distribution is possible between all parties of the distribution chain, bypassing some intermediary links if necessary. In fact, in BOONS B2B2C distribution chain, the result is more than the mere sum of the B2B + B2C. As any Manufacturer may have different set of deals, terms and incentives for Wholesaler, Retailer and End Consumer. Similarly, The Wholesaler may have a different set of deals set for each of the links in the distribution chain. Likewise, the End Consumer will have the benefit of choosing the best terms suiting him or her interests – with option to buy direct from Manufacturer, bypassing Wholesaler and Retailer if needed.

The advantages are there for all parties – the filtering options allowing any BOONS member to quickly navigate around the deals, specifying MOQ /minimum order quantity/, delivery terms, /pre/-payment terms, nearest warehouse and so on.
